I did not get my e-Ticket, how can I obtain it?

How to Get Your e-Ticket
  • If you have your booking reference:
    Head to the My Bookings section, enter your email and booking reference number, then download your e-ticket.
  • If you do not have your booking reference:
    Contact our support team through live chat or email and we will help you locate your booking.
  • If you booked through a travel agency:
    Please contact your travel provider directly to request your voucher or ticket.

Helpful tip: Check your Junk/Spam folder in case your confirmation email landed there.
