How to Get Your e-Ticket

If you have your booking reference:
Head to the My Bookings section, enter your email and booking reference number, then download your e-ticket. -
If you do not have your booking reference:
Contact our support team through live chat or email and we will help you locate your booking. -
If you booked through a travel agency:
Please contact your travel provider directly to request your voucher or ticket.
Helpful tip: Check your Junk/Spam folder in case your confirmation email landed there.
You can also access My Bookings anytime by visiting our website and entering your booking details.
