Where do I find my pick up time for the departure journey?

Private Transfers

Your return pickup time is usually confirmed at the time of booking. Please check your booking confirmation and e-ticket for the exact details.

Shared Transfers

For shared transfers, you may need to reconfirm your return journey in order to receive your final pickup time.

If you do not reconfirm when required, Tikiwini may not be responsible for any extra costs caused by missed arrangements.

You can reconfirm in one of the following ways:

1. Online (Website)

Provide a valid mobile number during booking so you can receive an SMS reminder before pickup, when available.

You can also log in to My Bookings using your email address and booking reference and check your journey details there.

2. By mobile

If your booking is available through your mobile account or customer area, simply sign in and review your booking information.

3. By phone

If needed, call the local supplier or support number shown on your e-ticket before your departure.

Please try to call during local office opening hours. If your trip is over a weekend or public holiday, make arrangements as early as possible.

If none of the standard options are available, use the emergency contact shown on your booking documents if one is provided.

Important notes:
  • Pickup times may sometimes only be confirmed closer to departure.
  • If your pickup location or flight details change, update your booking as soon as possible.
  • If you need special assistance, extra space, or medical support, contact support in advance.
  • Please make sure you are ready at the confirmed meeting point at the requested time.
