How can I cancel my booking and how much will it cost?

Can I cancel online?

Yes. If you booked directly with Tikiwini, go to My Bookings, sign in with your email address and booking reference, then cancel your reservation there. Any applicable cancellation fee will be shown before you confirm.

What if I booked through a travel agency or third party?

In that case, you will need to contact the company you booked with directly. Their cancellation rules and charges may be different from Tikiwini’s.

Are there cancellation fees?

It depends on the supplier and the terms of your booking. The exact cancellation conditions are shown during the booking process and may also appear in your confirmation email.

Can I get a refund if I do not travel but I do not cancel?

No. If you do not cancel through the website and simply do not use the service, a refund is usually not available.

Can I cancel only my return trip?

In some cases, yes, but it depends on the booking type and whether the outbound journey has already taken place. Please check your booking details before cancelling.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds may take up to 7 days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
